✓ Use of swimming pool , Raindance and Electric appliances like geysers is at your own risk
✓ We have inverter backup in case of power cut from MSEB, however amenities like Rain dance and facilities like AC, Refrigerator can not function on inverter backup.
✓ Voltage fluctuations may occur and electric appliances may not work at par.
✓Any damages to property will be recovered from the customer/group.
