We understand that plans may change. Here’s our Refund Policy for cancellations and changes:

1. Cancellation by Guest

• 48+ hours before booking date: 100% refund.

• 24–48 hours before booking: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours or No Show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Farms Pool

• In the rare case of cancellation from our side due to maintenance, weather, or other unavoidable reasons, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Booking dates can be changed once (subject to availability) if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
