- No refund against cancellation of booking.
- Booking date cannot be modified once confirmed.
- Consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Food & drinks are not allowed poolside for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; management is not liable for loss or theft.
- Swimming pool timings: 9 AM to 11 PM.
- Loud music allowed till 10 PM only.
- ₹2000 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
- Use of swimming pool, rain dance & electric appliances is at your own risk.
- Inverter backup is available, but AC, fridge, and rain dance won’t function on backup.
- Voltage fluctuations may affect electric appliances.
- Any property damages will be charged to the customer/group.
- Mineral water available at ₹20 per bottle.
- Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice
