- Balance payment to be paid at checkintime
- Total amount mentioned in confirmation message will be recovered in case of fewer members are visiting than committed

- No refund against cancellation of booking

- Poolside drinks or food is not allowed
- You are requested to take care of your belongings, management will not be held responsible for loss or theft of any item/items whatsoever.
- Swimming Pool timing 9am to 11pm
- Loud music is allowed till 10pm
- INR 2000 Refundable security deposit needed at check in time
- Use of swimming pool , Raindanceand Electric appliances like geysers is at your own risk
- We have inverter backup in case of power cut from MSEB, however amenities like Rain dance and facilities like AC, Refrigerator can not function on inverter backup.
- Voltage fluctuations may occur and electric appliances may not work at par.
- Any damages to property will be recovered from the customer/group.
- Mineral water available at 20rs per bottle
- Management reserves all rights of cancellation of booking without any prior notice
